Reformer Pilates
Each session is 45 minutes long and includes goal awareness, mindfulness, and a kick-ass Pilates session to leave you feeling strong, balanced, focused and energised.
Available as 1 : 1 or 2 : 1 sessions in our Hamlyn Heights private studio just off Shannon Ave.
Mat Pilates
Same as our reformer offer, each session is 45 minutes long and includes goal awareness, mindfulness, and a kick-ass Pilates session to leave you feeling strong, balanced, focused and energised.
These sessions can take place for up to 4 people in our Hamlyn Heights studio, or we can meet you online or in your choice of location (local to Geelong).
Special Events
One of our favourite things to do is bring Pilates to you, and that is where our special events come in.
Some of the different events we have been a part of include the below, but your imagination is the only limit. Get in touch and we can cater the experience for whatever your event is. Guaranteed good times and endorphin highs!
