A space where we unite the mind, body and soul.
This is not your average Pilates. The entire experience is curated to work towards your goals, with a mixture of Wellness Coaching used throughout our sessions, results-driven movement, and even music tailored just for you!

Heather LA is professionally qualified and insured in Wellness Coaching, Clinical Pilates, advanced mat and reformer Pilates, as well as Yoga.
Along with teaching Pilates and Yoga, Heather is also a Wellness Coach, Speaker, Ambassador for several organisations including Barwon Health Foundation and ActiveGeelong, and a corporate wellness educator.

Professional Certification in Health & Wellness Coaching (WCA)
The Science of Well-Being (Yale University)
Diploma in Clinical Pilates (Breathe Education) plus advanced mat, reformer, pre-post natal, rehabilitation, injuries, special conditions and special populations.
