Heather LA founded Glow Getter Co to create a space she wished she had. Where you can step away from the chaos, tap into your inner and outer strength, and start building a life that actually feels good..

A space where movement meets mindset.

This is not your average Pilates studio. Every session is built around you — your goals, your body, your life. We blend Clinical Pilates with Wellness Coaching because we know that how you move and how you think are connected. Work on one and you change both.

Heather LA, Founder

Heather Lee Angland is the founder of Glow Getter Co and one of Geelong's most trusted wellness professionals. She's a Clinical Pilates instructor, certified Wellness Coach, yoga teacher, speaker, and the creator of the Be. Live. Become. wellness methodology.

With over 1,000 hours of training across modalities, Heather brings both the credentials and the lived experience. She spent 25 years in corporate before walking away to build something completely different — and she now helps other high achievers do the same, without having to hit rock bottom first.

Her approach is direct, warm, and completely free of fluff. She'll meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be.
