You want to try something new, but the thought of walking in and not knowing what to do is stopping you. This is exactly why we have created our 6 week Pilates Beginner’s Course. You will learn what you need to know in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, to confidently walk into any studio and take a class.

  • 4 people max*

  • 1 x 45 minute session per week

  • mat + reformer

  • learn the basics + form

  • understand the equipment

  • understand how to make exercises easier, harder, or to suit any injuries you have

  • safety protocols

  • each session will include movement and theory

  • all sessions run by Heather LA, owner and founder, voted best Pilates instructor in Geelong

  • MOST IMPORTANT - feel confident to step into any Pilates studio and take a class!

Investment is $239 per person.

Having taught over 5,000 classes, I know what common mistakes occur when someone is new to Pilates. This course allows me to share this with you, to prepare you to get the most out of Pilates, and to squash any fears, so that you can have fun!
